2026 Intertribal Community Center of Texas

Educational Awareness of Indigenous Communities is at the root of our resilience. We have many networks and individuals who seek to gain insight and give a helping hand.

The difficult hardship we face when bringing our community together is a central location to host events. Due to policies and lack of Sovereignty knowledge for Tribal members, we are excluded from limitless possibilities to ensure the traditional teachings are carried on through future generations.

Your contribution to our organization is vital to our stewardship of the land: monetary, resources, land use, educational, volunteer, philanthropy and more!

Our priority is to move at a fast pace for our Community Center to advance American Indian Tourism in 2026 with the welcoming of global tourism to the City of Dallas, which was selected as a host for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in partnership with the AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

Ishtaboli (Stickball) – The modern sport of lacrosse was developed from these traditional stickball games.

This Community Center will be a Museum to acknowledge the Public Law 959 also referred to as American Indian Relocation Act of 1956.
